* Supports github_home in windows-latest

* Attempt at copying from specific volume

* Adding some more logging

* Fix and compiles index.js

* Try only copying the file

* Cleanup

* Updates index.js, index.js.map and licenses.txt

After `yarn` + `npm run build`
